Camping chairs, camp table, cooking utensils, coffee maker, linens, towels, extra portable grill. rug for out front, coolers, If you have a request, just ask. We may be able to provide extra to take with you... it...tents, yard games, snowshoes, sleeping bags, etc... Some items such as kayaks, paddle boards, bikes etc may have nominal cost.OR...Stay on Site on our lot in Beautiful Evergreen,CO with access to trails, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, basketball hoop, corn hole, yard games, ping pong, ladder toss, Popshot, and... wait for it. ...internet access.Our house also sits on the lot with 1.3 acres of beautiful aspens, with a creek running through it. Our friend lives in a beautiful Tiny house on the property as well. No drugs, 420 friendly if outside -No smoking indoors at all. Lgbtqia + Community is WelcomeRecommendationsUP TO YOU!

Communication with Jo was fantastic and made our trip easy and relaxing! The camper was super clean, and they asked what we needed and delivered! They also let us use their kayaks which was an added bonus!
