Sleeps 8 people comfortably with a queen bed up front, dinette converts to double bed, bunk beds in the back( double bed top and bottom) and a couch that folds down to a bed. You will enjoy the electric awning with an LED light strip, the Bluetooth stereo with speakers inside and out, and plenty of storage room!

Any requests let me know! Other things to noteRenter is responsible for damage to the tires of the travel trailer. If it is determined that the renter was not responsible they will be reimbursed. We will need the renter to bring us the damaged tire or tires.

You are responsible for tickets, tolls, impounds and tows.
If you have a pet in the unit without approval there will be a $100 fine that will be claimed from your security deposit.
If you are late returning the camper there will be a penalty fee of $50 per hour. (exceptions can be made due to medical emergencies).
I am flexible on pick up and drop off depending on my work schedule, feel free to ask. Delivery and setup available at additional cost. Renters can chose to clean the camper themselves after their trip, or select the $200 cleaning fee in the add on section and I will take care of it!
