This trailer was very similar to what I want to purchase. This weekend gave me the opportunity to see how well things would work in what I want. The only issue I had on this outing was with the Outdoorsy app itself - while trying to upload pictures for receiving and returning the trailer; the app just kept going from the start screen to the upload pictures screen, back to the start screen. Just totally aggravating to get a simple process done!

We had a great experience with Jaime. Booking was incredibly easy even though it was last minute. The camper was exactly as pictured and everything we needed was included. We encountered one issue during our trip and Jaime was super responsive. Would 100% book from them again.
