This is a family-owned RV. We take pride and joy in the way we conduct business. We strictly implement Outdoorsy's sanitation standards and follow the CDC's cleaning guidelines, but please be advised that it is still your responsibility to check the cleanliness of the RV, and to please let us know if there are any issues or concerns so we can resolve it right away, before you leave for your trip. We strive hard to provide you and your loved ones with the best RVing experience, so please let us know how we can make this happen the best way possible. Your opinions and suggestions at the end of your trip will be greatly appreciated. We are glad to rent to those attending festivals such as Coachella, Stage Coach, etc., however we DO NOT allow Burning Man, due to the damage it causes to the RV. Special rates apply for special events. There is absolutely "No Smoking" allowed in the RV. If it is determined that there has been smoking inside the RV, your $500.00 security deposit will be forfeited. Climbing up the roof is not allowed. Awning is not to be used on windy conditions or left out overnight. No desert or off road driving, paved road only, please. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Pick-up time is at 3:00 p.m. and drop off time is at 11:00 a.m. Flexible/adjustable pick up time may be considered for an additional fee of $20.00 per hour, and only if the RV is available for early pick-up. For late drop off there is a fee of $20.00 per hour. After your great adventure, please return the RV in the same condition as pick-up. ***From my family to yours, wishing you a fun-filled and safe RVing experience with lots of wonderful memories .
