It's a fully equipped, 19' foldout camper that packs into a small 14'x 6.5” trailer that can be towed with a smaller vehicle. It takes ~20 minutes to set up and it can be done by one person (though easier with two).
We've done everything we can to help you sleep well even while camping. The Opus features two full/double size beds (74.4" x 55.2"), new comforters, percale bed sheets and zip screens for privacy. The leatherette sectional converts into a third full/double size bed to sleep six total in the camper (it's cozy).
There is a stainless steel sink (water holding tank under the camper), two burner stove, heater (only works when Opus is plugged into electric), portable toilet (clean before returning) and large ceiling skylights for star gazing. The battery charges while hooked up to the trailer so you have access to power when you're off grid (12v and 240v electric power sockets). You'll need a 7pin tow adapter and the Opus has a pressed steel coupling for standard 2" hitch ball fittings. The camper has a 1550 lbs. dry weight (we easily tow it in the mountains with a Rav4 Hybrid).

It’s right on the lake and a five minute drive from breweries, restaurants and anything you need. Dispersed camping is also an option if you have a vehicle that can get you there safely!Other things to noteRenters are responsible for all damages and lost items. There is a 3 night minimum rental. For your safety:
If you are camping in Colorado/bear territory: DO NOT COOK, LEAVE FOOD, DRINKS OR TRASH INSIDE THE CAMPER! No grease or food should ever go down the sink drain. The camper will get hot in direct sun. Park in shady areas when possible. If you encounter rain and are forced to pack the Opus wet, open it fully within 24 hours to dry the unit. When packing to close the interior, lower sides of the canopy poles together slowly (best done with two people). The three tension poles above the mattresses should remain strapped in, lowered to their shortest point and the yellow brackets stay unlocked/released. Note - It is not difficult to close the Opus. If it is, something is out of place, repack patiently and try again. DO NOT force it/sit on top to close. Bending the poles will prevent closing and set up and you will be responsible for replacement.
