Bathtub, bunk beds, black out curtains, and the air condition acts like the perfect sound machine for a good nights sleep. The bottom bunk can be used with a baby gate for safe sleeping for young kids (let us know ahead of time if you want that included). Fridge inside and a small one outside. The queen bed is a murphy bed that allows a couch and nice space during the day but is a good size bed at night. Bed has a large comfy 4 inch pad because parents must sleep while camping :)
