Rules and policies
Pick up is 3:00pm and Drop off is 10:00am. A prorated fee will be applied base on the time the van is picked up early or dropped off late. Need to have the owners approval beforehand.
The van need to be brought back with the gas tank full, outside washed and the inside vacuumed out without a trace of where you have been. If the gas needs to be filled up by owner after your reservation it will be the cost fo gas + $10.00. If cleaning has not been done, it will be $50+ based on how it is returned.
Please no smoking inside the van. If traced of smoke are detected, it will be a $500 fee.
If there is an issue with the van or any of the inner workings and the owners aren't notified before trying to fix the issue it will be a $500 penalty applied.
Please drive on paved roads only. This van is not meant to be driven in 4x4 and will cause damage if driven like it is. You ill be fully liable for damage and a $1,000 fee will be applied.
Our vans are not allowed to attend festivals, if you are not honest about where you're going and you attend one, it will be a $1,500 fee applied.
