Large RV with Dedicated Camping Spot on North Shore of Hawaii. Stationary RentalThis is an RV that has a dedicated camping spot on a working farm on the North Shore. It could be considered glamping. The space is primitive and we have made it as comfortable for our guests as possible with 30x40 carport tent to provide shade and keep dry during the rain. We have also built out a 700 sq foot deck for a cleaner entertaining space to keep out of the dirt. This is a stationary rental and you cannot drive the RV please dont ask to take it anywhere you will need to rent a car if you need a vehicle to drive or RV can be delivered to your private residence for an extra fee.All bedding and linens are included with daily rate.All kitchen supplies including dishes, cups, utensils, silverware, pots and pans are included with this rental.We could accomodate more than 8 guests if needed please inquire before booking.The spaceYou can expect to feel like your on a farm. There are animals, bugs, and dirt. This is not a luxury resort but we have many amenities to keep you comfortable. Enjoy indoor outdoor living on the island of Oahu with outdoor grill and propane fire pit to roast marshmellows.There is a master bedroom with queen bed that has been upgraded with a 3 inch memory foam mattress pad. Has a full wall of closest for your personal belonging your big suitcases can be stored outside under the deck once they are empty. 20 inch tv with DVD player is in the bedroom can also add a google chromecast to the rental to cast your downloaded tv shows or movies.The bunk house can sleep one on top and two on the bottom if they are small humans. 20 inch TV with DVD player located in the bunk room you may add a google chromecast to the rental to watch your downloaded tv and movies.The main kitchen and living area has a dining table and jackknife sofa that can sleep 2-4 more people depening on height and weight. One large 32 inch tv and dvd player are part of this space.Their is a nearly kind size bed above the cab that can sleep two full size adults and has also been upgraded with a memory foam mattress pad.full three piece bathroom including shower is inside the rig.Large deck and entertaining space is outside and an outdoor tv and radio is available for use.Guest accessYou will have full access of the property within the fenced area. Parking is reserved in front of our fence.Other things to noteWater is very limited and must be conserved. The RV has a holding tank and can be used for flushing toilet, shower, and dishes. Look up the term military shower everything must be done to conserve water especially on long stays. Hosts will fill water tanks when needed with added fee. Generator is used to power the air conditioner you will have 4 hours of generator usage included per night the RV is kept cool by the carport tent so 4 hours of generator usage is enough to get you through the hotest part of the day if needed. . The RV has a solar hookup to keep batteries charged and an inverter system to power other electrical things inside the RV like coffee pot, toaster, etc.
