Hello!! I'm Steve and I've been married to Joan for 36 years! We have two adult sons and one granddaughter. We raised our boys to camp and discover the great outdoors. Exploring nature, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, are all things we all love to do and can't get enough of each year!
The two of us run a telecom consulting business handling lease renewals and other leasing modifications to cell sites in the southern California area for Verizon Wireless. Steve is the real estate guy and Joan handles the books. We have a small team that work for us which helps greatly in our business!
We also love to ride our beach cruisers along the coast of Huntington Beach, Steve surfs and plays roller-hockey and also plays guitar. Joan loves to read and hike along with visiting family and friends. When we're not busy running our business, we're off camping, hanging with our family, or traveling to Portland to visit our eldest son or to Sweden to watch our youngest play pro hockey. Of course, also, to see our adorable granddaughter!
We have a dog named Scotty who is a Wire-Hair Fox Terrier. We don't know how old he is as he's a rescue but he's a fun and active pet and a kind host when our friends visit our house!
We love our motorhome and we take great pride in keeping it in tip-top shape and look forward to working with you in an up-coming rental!
