This Tear Drop trailer has completely rebuilt to allow to maximum offload ability. It comes with a Trailer Queen mattress that folds up into a small bench seat. (Bedding includes 2 sheets, one plush blanket and 1 comforter and 2 pillows.) It is large enough to sleep 2 adults and 1 child, or dog. 1 Large bay window on one side, and a Fantastic-fan roof fan for great air circulation. A 4-bin storage cabinet in the cabin along with a 4 port USB charging station. 1600W peak inverter running on 2 deep cycle batteries that are maintained with 2 roof mounted solar panels (300w max) give you all the power you'll need. All the lights have been swapped to LED for minimal power consumption, and maximum brightness.
The Galley in the rear has hot water on demand (propane) and a sink. Plus all the counter space you would expect. The hot water heater also has an attachment for an outdoor shower! There is a 12 Gallon fresh water tank onboard.
The 3 corners of the trailer all have removable leveling jacks, and the trailer has roughly 12" of ground clearance at its lowest point.
It also has a 10' ARB awning that is mounted over the entry door for shade, and shelter in rough weather.
* Pintle ring height is 21" at level ride height
** 7-pin trailer hook up on the car is needed. Otherwise you'll need an adapter
*** Small space heater or propane heater is recommended for cold weather camping.

We just needed something small to park in the driveway to give us some overflow sleeping space over the holidays. My wife and I slept in this cool little trailer every night and left the house to the noisey grandkids. I am 6' tall and fit comfortably. The insulation was plenty good so a heater was not necessary to start warm at night. The solar panel backed up battery system was very handy making an AC hookup unnecessary. We didn't need to use the internal water or propane powered water heater system but it was there if we needed it. Ben was ready to work with and very helpful.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I am very flexible on pickup and drop off times to help accommodate your schedule.
Q.How high is the pintle ring at level height?

The tow ring is roughly 21" at level ride height.
Q.What fees should I expect to pay after a rental?
A.
None! If the trailer is returned in similar shape to that in which it was received, there will be no fees associated with the drop off.
Q.Is the tow hitch included in the rental, or do I need to bring my own?
A.
The tow hitch is included in the rental! The only thing you need to be sure of is that your vehicle is equipped with the tow receiver. Bumper pull vehicles will not be able to tow, and will ultimately cause your rental to be cancelled.
