Our brand new, fully stocked and upgraded Jayco awaits your next camping adventure! A great way to make memories with friends and family while disconnecting from the outside world and focusing on each other.This bunkhouse model is perfect for a couple or a family as it features many sleeping options. The master bedroom features an Upgraded Sealy 8in queen mattress, two full sized bunk beds (600lb max on each), a collapsible dinette and a lay down couch. In total it can sleep up to 8 campers comfortably.We think cleanliness is important so all beds are equipped with a mattress protector that is sanitized between each stay. Includes full bedding with pillows and bath towels.The full kitchen provides a spacious fridge with separate freezer, gas range with oven combo and a double sink w/ residential fixtures. We offer tons of amenities here standard where others will charge you extra. Included is all dishware, cookware, Keurig, toaster, air fryer and more!Another standard feature in this rental is that the main area and bedroom have 32in smart TVs installed! Both TVs are also connected to a powered cable antenna on the roof (just in case your Wi-Fi is down). Will also include a random assortment of indoor family games as well.Large upgraded AC/heat with central ducting will keep this RV cool even in the triple digit heat. Optional 5500w inverter generator has more than enough power to operate everything inside the RV (if camping without hookups).The RV is complete with a full bathroom including tub/shower combo. Upgraded handheld shower head with plenty of hose. Outdoor shower is also provided. We will supply you soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash all standard with this rental. Both showers have access to instant hot water by utilizing the propane tankless water heater.Most importantly, there is a bluetooth speaker system installed inside and outside the RV. Outside speakers are located underneath the 16ft powered awning where most of the memories are made.We offer numerous add-ons to help make your camping experience a memorable one. If your planning on staying for 7 or more nights, ask about a tailored flat fee on any of the daily rate add-ons. We have rented several trailers before, and this was one of the best. Christina did an amazing job organizing and setting up the trailer and she thought of everything (kitchen, utensils, coffee maker, hooks on the doors… It’s all there). Granted, the trailer is very new so everything was in perfect working order, but there were a lot of personal touches that made our trip fantastic. Christine and Brock were very easy to work with, and we had a great time renting from them!

We greatly enjoyed our five-night stay in the 2025 Jayco Jay Flight while attending the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix 2024 at the Circuit of the Americas. Christina and crew delivered the trailer promptly to the Lot N campground at COTA and set it up quickly. We had plenty of parking space for two vehicles plus the trailer in the 40x20 spot. The trailer has great A/C and a great Bluetooth stereo both inside and out. Everything was working perfectly. Beds were super comfortable. I would absolutely rent this unit again.

Rules and policies
• This camper is a strict smoke free environment, any violation will result in a fine up to $500. • Only dogs are allowed. Absolutely no other pet types allowed. Violation will result in a charge up to $500. • There will be a rental guide book provided in the unit should you have questions or should an unexpected situation arise. Additionally there will be contacts and information for anything else not listed. • The dumping of gray and black tanks IS NOT included in this rental. We encourage all campers to dump their own tanks, detailed instructions can be found inside the rental guide book. The dumping fee will depend on your rental site conditions. If there is a dump station present on site, dump fee will be $75, if not present the dump fee will be $150. • If either the gray or black tank is clogged by neglect, charges will apply. • If any items are missing or damaged that were included with the RV rental, the owner will fairly price the repair/replacement (+$50 service fee if not reported). • Late fee of $25 per hour will apply if past the check in or out time. If over 2 hours on check in your reservation may be cancelled without refund. A daily rate charge will be applied if over 2 hours past the scheduled check out/drop off time. • Additional cleaning fee may apply for excessive dirt, mud, pet hair, sand or neglect.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

A.

There certainly is, we will provide you with a guide book inside the unit to help address the common items you need to know about. As well as other situations you may not have considered such as bad weather, dumping tanks, etc.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

We will provide an orientation of how to hook up the RV to utilities if you are towing it. Delivery comes with a full set up and is a white glove service, we will make sure everything is ready for you!

What pets are allowed?

A.

We welcome our canine companions to join in on the fun WITHOUT a pet fee! We only allow dogs in the travel trailer. We ask to keep pets off furniture and the cleaning of excessive fur shedding.

Is the dumping of the black and/or gray tanks included?

A.

We encourage campers to dump their own waste. This service is typically not included with rentals and is not included with this rental. We are happy to help explain the process based on your site conditions. It is also best to know what hookups are offered on your rental site or what services the campground offers ahead of time. Dump fees will vary based on your site conditions if the tanks are not empty at the time of check out.
