Pick up time is 2pm and drop off is noon on the final day of rental. Early pick-up late drop-off is normally available and I will do all I can to accommodate this but cannot guarantee that option if another person is dropping or picking up the same day.
If you do not have a vehicle capable of towing I can be of assistance. Please contact me for more information.
Included with the rental are your basic cookware, utensils, soap, paper towels, TP, flashlight and some basics. Inside you'll have fitted sheets, pillows and blankets provided on request. 110V heater can be used with generator or shore power.
Boonie is easily towed by many cars and SUV's (no brake controller required) you will need a 7 pin round connector or 4-7 adapter (with a 4-7 adapter the trailer battery will not charge when towing) also you
will need a 2" ball and a vehicle capable of towing a 1210 lb. weight trailer with 160 lbs of tongue weight.
Boonie will dry camp for quite some time depending on the load you put on the battery however if you are at a campground with shore power you connect with our 30 amp plug or if nothing is available I have a super quiet 2000 watt generator for rent at $10 a day additional. The 110 outlets, microwave and air conditioner require one of those two power options. Also available for boondocking is a solar 100 watt charger.
DIA pickup possible and I can also try to accommodate a tow and drop off at your chosen campsite if within reasonable mileage for an extra fee.
No off roading or jeep trails. dirt roads are ok. Pets must be on a blanket or cover provided by the renter and all pet hair cleaned before returning. No cargo or luggage to be carried in the trailer. Only soft items such as blankets/pillows. No Lake McConaughy.
