Unit has 3 slide-outs, 2 separate private bedrooms, with 3 Queen-sized beds, 2 awnings to protect you from the Florida sun, and an outdoor fridge.My completely overhauled fifth wheel is the perfect spot for your weekend getaway. I recently renovated the inside (as of March 2023) and purchased all new items to make your camping experience more enjoyable. From the residential mattress upgrades in both the front and rear bedrooms, to the Serta sheets and pillows (I offer both Serta eco-friendly down alternative pillows as well as Serta cooling gel memory foam pillows—10 in total), you will sleep in comfort when you select my unit. The all-season comforters on each bed will provide you with just the right amount of warmth for a cool night’s rest. Like it a bit colder? No worries as there are both front and rear independent A/C units to make it as cold as you would like. Want to turn up the heat? Not a problem—enjoy a relaxing night by the electric fireplace.To unwind at night, I offer YouTube TV on my brand new 4K 50-inch UHD TV which has 100+ channels including every major news network and sports station you could want. (It’s ok if you feel more like you’re glamping than enjoying the true outdoors!)Other brand new items include pots and pans, kitchen utensils, a Keurig K-Cup style coffee pot (and I include the k-cups as an added bonus), cups, plates and silverware.The front of the unit features a private bedroom with Queen bed and full bathroom with stand-up shower and enough head room for a 6-05 man. The rear bedroom features a lower Queen bed and another Queen (4-in mattress) up above in the loft. Other things to noteI will deliver the unit to your campsite and set up for you, up to 50 miles from my home, for a flat $150. I do NOT offer my unit for pickup.Unit is thoroughly cleaned between each rental and deep cleaned if a dog was present during previous rental.I charge a $100 prep fee; however, fee is waived if 5+ nights are booked.Absolutely NO SMOKING permitted in unit.
