Like new condition tear drop camper. Pull it with just about anything as dry weight is 1200 lbs!Queen size bed inside with storage underneath. Kitchen in the back with a 5 gallon fresh water tank, working sink, space for storage, propane stove, and a refrigerator. Has a battery to keep your music and lights going, but needs shore power for the fridge and TV. Play bluetooth music through the interior speakers or watch your favorite DVD while relaxing inside the camper on a memory foam mattress with air conditioning and a ducted fan to keep you cool. Pull down the shades for a little shut eye or open your doors or screened windows to let a little of the outdoors in.Also, this camper includes an annex that attaches to the back of the kitchen for a little indoor/outdoor action. Fully stocked--includes a fresh mattress cover, dishes, cookware, and 1lb propane tanks.Please read the FAQs!Check-in and check-out times are somewhat flexible. It doesn't hurt to ask! What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

There is flexibility on time for pick-up and drop-off, but it will depend on other reservations. Just ask!

What constitutes returning the camper as clean?

A.

Wipe down the interior, such as dirt or scruffs. Throw away all trash. Pull the mattress cover from the mattress and vacuum if necessary. Wipe down the kitchen and stove. Wash the exterior of the camper.

Battery vs Shore Power

A.

The battery will run the fan for the roof vent, radio, and lights no problem. The A/C requires shore power. The fridge and TV will run from battery, but not recommended as these use a more significant amount of energy.

7-pin, 4-pin, brake controller

A.

The camper uses a 7-pin round connection. We provide an adapter for your vehicle if you only have 4-pin. The advantage of using 7 pin is that your vehicle will trickle charge the battery. There are no brakes on the camper, so no brake controller necessary.
