Paul is a great host. He is extremely responsive and was really nice. Anything that came up he was always available. I'll definitely rent from him again. I had a great experience with him.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent RV rental from Friday to Monday. While Paul was accommodating with the pickup time and the process was quick, we encountered several significant issues during our trip. Paul informed me at pickup that the water tank was empty and needed to be filled. Because we arrived late at our destination on Friday, we could not fill it until Saturday at a nearby RV park. Shortly after filling it, I noticed water leaking from the back but assumed it was normal. However, when we arrived at our location, the panel showed the tank was completely empty, and we were unable to use the shower. Additionally, the awning would not retract due to a loss of power. We were stuck in 111-degree Arizona heat with no water or working awning. Fortunately, a friend with an RV helped us troubleshoot using a power tool and a YouTube tutorial to manually retract it so we could get on the road. On Sunday, we stopped at a truck stop to fill the tank again, only to see the water pour straight out. It became clear that the water drain valve had been left open. When I contacted Paul, he could not provide a definitive answer as to why

Paul was a great host! The RV was clean and everything worked great! Perfect size for my wife and I and our two boys.

the RV is new and worked like a charm and somehow the experience was elevated even more by the hosts outgoing demeanor. some times one can he hesitant making reservations on this app due to interactions and strict rules made by the host but in this case Paul was a breath of fresh air. Very helpful and outgoing. he was a pleasure to work with and look forward to working with him again.
