Rental Agreement Full Hook-up campsite required: Delivery to a campsite with full hook-up (electric, water, sewer) is required. Renter is not permitted to move or tow this RV. Max delivery distance is 100 miles from storage facility in Littleton, Co. Damage: Any damage to the RV is to be reported to the owner immediately and repaired at renters expense. Repairs must not be performed by renter unless authorized by owner. Rules: *No smoking or vaping! If smell is detected, renter may forfeit full damage deposit. *Dogs are permitted, however they must be confined in a kennel or crate at all times inside the trailer and are not permitted on the furniture. *Renter is not permitted to use the awning *No climbing on the exterior of the trailer, including the roof *No shoes are permitted to be worn inside the camper Check-out: *RV must be vacated clean and damage free no exceptions, or full deposit will not be returned. *Please be sure to wipe down countertops, floors, fridge, bathroom & shake out rugs. *Bedding must be pulled off the beds and piled in the shower with all other linens/towels. *Trash (including food) must be emptied and disposed *Gray and black tanks must be dumped/empty
