Please return the rental to the owners in same condition in which you rented it at the time of drop off. If it's not returned in the same condition and clean there will be a $150 charge assessed. If this has been done you will not be charged. Upon inspection if we do have to charge for the cleaning service there will be a deduction from the security deposit by the owner and you will be charged a 2.95% payment processing fee from the deposit.
