Welcome all first time RV campers! We strive to make your first experience camping in an RV a successful one. We offer delivery and the distance we’re willing to travel is on a case by case basis - so reach out! We look forward to speaking with you and answering any inquiries you may have!If you want to hook it up, pull it, and drop it all on your own we’ve included detailed instructions on how to do all of that, as well as our very handy family camping packing list that is included with every rental. Also included is an easy to read, detailed information sheet on each system and what makes it operate (i.e. 120v AC Hook-Up, Propane, or 12V Lithium Batteries/Solar). This information makes every trip easy peasy and equips you the renter with the ammo you need to have a good and comfortable time. With our guidance and the instructions from these very important documents you will be an expert by the end of your first trip! Our camper is the perfect size and layout for a family of 5+ if you're thinking of purchasing a hard side trailer and one weekend away with it might be just what you need to help you make your decision. Each rental comes with the essentials such as utensils, toilet paper, fresh sheets, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags.RV camping is a game changer! On its maiden voyage my wife and I were over the moon about how much nicer it was to camp in an RV vs tent camping, especially with little ones! Does rain seem to follow every camping trip? Stay dry inside a warm comfy camper. And the days of looking for shoes and a flashlight to take yourself, or a little one, potty in the cold of night are no more with a clean toilet inside - bye bye nasty flies, porter potties, outhouses and "diggin' a hole"!Spacious storage areas for linens, sleeping bags, pillows, baby gear, and big bulky camping gear. What's includedNo more playing "Tetris" with your food items as you get them to fit just right in a tightly packed cooler, or having perishable items swimming in a pool of ice water on day two of your trip. The full sized refrigerator and freezer keeps things nice and cool and their generous size allows for several meals and snacks on the main shelves plus room for a full gallon of milk, and all the condiments to your hearts content. If you’re like my wife and can’t fully wake up without a hot shower you’re in luck! The water heater works great and a hot shower soothes sore, tired muscles or allows you to rinse off during a longer trip so you feel fresh again. There’s even a shower sprayer outside! Great for rinsing off sand from your feet.Have kids? Our camper comes equipped with bunk beds! Have big kids? Each bunk is the size of a full bed so even an adult or two can sleep comfortably. Also near every sleeping area are receptacles to plug in a phone, computer, or tablet for charging. The oversized dinette turns into a bed as well for an extra sleeper or two.The fully functional Air Conditioner comes in handy when traveling to places that are hot and humid! When camping, especially in Colorado, expect huge temperature changes and cold days/nights as well. Melt in bed when it’s freezing outside by turning on the furnace! Oh man it gets warm and cozy fast! Kitchen indoors and out! There’s also an ice maker, microwave and oven!Last but not least we have 3 kiddos and two of them have asthma so we have kept our camper clean, clean, clean. Please no smoking in or around our rig and help keep our littles ones healthy and happy for their next camping trip! Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. When you rent our rig, she’ll come to you clean, with empty holding tanks, and full propane tanks. Please return her the same.DustinRecommendationsIf you are first time campers looking to stay at a fun RV Park near the Denver area great for adults and kids, we highly recommend the Larkspur JellyStone Yogi Bear Park. It's about $100/night, but your kids will not be bored. There is a water park, hot tubs, bowling alley, mini golf, rentable golf carts, hiking and paid access to Zip Lining, Ropes Courses and much more!If you are like us, you like getting out there and experiencing the great outdoors and all it has to offer. Here are a few of our favorite spots, some with reservable spots and some with open space camping but you need to be very aware of where you pull this trailer and not get into spots you can't get out of, great way to ruin your trip:- [ ] Dowdy Lake near Fort Collins, CO - reservable spots, all back in with full electric hooks ups. Gorgeous views of the lake, the allow paddle boarding as well and its a great place our kids love.- [ ] River Run RV Park in Granby, CO - another great RV Park for families with amenities. Easy access to ski resorts, and the views are breath taking. Lots of access to hiking trails. Our kids like riding their scooters around the park.- [ ] Dakota Ridge RV Park - Great RV Park with easy access to Denver and shopping. Nice clubhouse.- [ ] Clinton Gulch Reservoir - Reservable spots and open camping we believe. Check it out online.- [ ] Chatfield Reservoir - Pull through and back up RV spots. Easy access to the lake and easy access to Denver and the mountains. Paddleboarding, fishing, boating, great place for the family.- [ ] National Forrest or BLM Land - We like going out to Estes Park and entering the National Forrest. $20 for a day pass or so, and lots of reservable and open camp spots to choose from. There are lots of BLM options in Colorado as well that are all free, but be aware many are on mountain roads you do not want to be pulling this trailer on.- [ ] Hartman Rocks, Gunnison, CO - one of our favorites that you can open camp. Easy access for trailers and lots of open spots. Some of the coolest terrain we've seen and not typical of what you would see in the mountains. Easy access to nearby River Rafting in the Summer Time.- [ ] Pueblo Reservoir - this is actually a tucked away hidden gem if you're wanting to camp a little more South. Large reservoir with boating and paddle boarding. They have 2 RV sites, one without power hookups and one with. Both are back up sites I believe.Other things to note-We recommend pulling this with a vehicle rated with a towing capacity of 10,000lbs or more. Most newer 1/2 Ton pickups can tow this, but if it's a model with a smaller engine/without a tow package rated at 7,000lbs, this will be too much trailer for your truck. We tow ours with our F-150 3.5L Eco-Boost with the Weight Distribution Hitch and it does just fine. We do not take this over 65mph and keep it much lower on windy days.-Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Pets are not allowed to be transported in the trailer. If you leave you pet in the trailer while you go out to town, etc. we ask that they are kenneled. We have had experiences of pets getting anxiety in a new place, and tearing up the doors and furniture. We prefer to avoid those repairs and you the additional expenses.-Please remove shoes at the door, we like to keep our camper very clean!-We ask that dirty linens are removed from the beds and placed in a garbage bag. We will clean these after your arrival.-All waste and drinking water tanks must be emptied upon returning the Camper. Propane tanks must be filled as well.RV Specs:Dimensions
