Let me start with we have stayed in many RV’s and have not ever wrote and bad review, but there many issues that I felt it was necessary. We had several issues during our stay. One being that our host said that he had emptied the grey/black tanks and that the black just doesn’t work right. When we looked the grey tank was not emptied and black read full. We were there one day and that night hadn’t even taken showers and only washed some dishes and washed our hands it was full. We paid to empty and saw the gauges were working just fine. They worked right our entire stay. Second, the place is pet friendly, but our room was completely taken over with the smell of a dog. It was bad. Had to Lysol three times before it was bare-able. We did have water pressure which he said it was low but it was because the hose was clogged. Main one was we did the add on option for the starlink. Was mainly why we picked it. Host said he never saw the add on and it being paid. Talked with the site like he said. They said they have it on their end of me adding it and that it clearly says that it will be paid after the trip because if you go over the amount given and that was requested by the host. Then he said that’s not what he was told. The site even showed me reservation with it on there. My guess is her forgot and he lives an hour away. Just so many things didn’t add up when he was telling me things. The one good thing I could say is that it stayed freezing cold the whole time in Texas summer heat and it has cool feature that has a ground basically vacuum cleaner to sweep things in. If it had been one, two things I wouldn’t even bother with this review, but it was not a great experience.

We had a great experience and Scott was very responsive and easy to work with. The camper was in perfect condition, a wonderful layout with very nice amenities, pots/pans, linens, towels and very comfortable. We certainly will rent again for future adventures.
