This is my 4 th season renting out my camper on outdoorsy, this summer I upgraded to the NO BO 19.8. Please see photos for past renters reviews of me.
-My philosophy is to not Nickel and Dime you guys for all sorts of add ons. I include almost everything you would need.
-Pick ups during the week have to be after 3:30 pm due to my work. Weekend pickups can happen anytime
-This 2021 No Boundaries travel trailer has all the amenities of home, sleeping 6 grown adults in comfort, and having a full bathroom with shower and water heater. Weighing in at just 4700 lbs fully loaded it can be towed by most any 1500 truck or SUV. This camper was built for entertaining, boasting a U shape dinette,JBL Bluetooth speaker and a power awning with led lighting. If weather is not ideal you are covered with ac to cool you down or a furnace to warm you up. There is a dual 6v battery bank wired in series so you will be good for power 4x longer than your typical trailer which is great for boon docking, and did I mention 190w solar panel as well as a 1000 watt power inverter.
For added safety I installed a back up/ observation camera, now you will always be able to see behind you as your heading down the road or backing into your spot.
-Trailer break controller and 7 pin connector required.( most vehicles with tow package have break controller, makes things much safer and Colorado state law ) 2”receiver is required on the tow vehicle. I will provide the hitch which includes anti sway and weight distribution bars.-I do ask that you bring your own bedding and towels ( this is a true queen size, not Rv queen as well as narrow bunk beds, typically just using a flat sheet to cover). No mandatory cleaning fees( all I ask is it looks as clean as when you picked it up). I provide all the cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, and even coffee.What's included

- free grey and black water tank dump at end of your trip.

No pets allowed to be left in the trailer alone with out being kenneled. If damage is caused renter is responsible for repair costs
Awning use is permitted. Renter is responsible for retracting when ever hey leave the camper, before bed, and when wind is present. Any cost from damage to awning will be charged to renter.
No smoking or drug use inside camper. If it is apparent this has happened renter will loose entire security deposit and be responsible for any costs of further remediation. Do NOT SMOKE anything in the camper.
Roof access is permitted at your OWN RISK by only the approved driver on the contract. Any damage to roof components will come out of security deposit
Only approved drivers that are present at the walk through May tow the vehicle.

First check your vehicles manual, look in the towing section for your towing capacity and tongue weight capacity. Next check if you have a 2” receiver and 7 pin connector on the back Last check if you have a trailer break controller is your cab ( if you have a tow hitch and 7 pin it’s about a 30% chance you do) if not get one installed before pick up.
