How about spending your outdoor adventure with friends and family by camping with an RV at Lake Bruin State Park? Located in east-central Louisiana on the outskirts of the county seat of Saint Joseph, Lake Bruin State Park is an ideal motorhome camping trip destination. Covering over 3000 acres of pristine blue water, Lake Bruin is the central attraction of the state park that’s spread over 53 acres of land. While the park was established in 1928 as a fish hatchery, it was turned into a state park a few years later. Formed out of an ox-bow lake of the Mississippi River, Lake Bruin is known for excellent fishing, among other recreational activities.
