Fireplace in the Living room area, with 2 swivel rocker chairs (or just one if you want more space) Couch pulls out for another Double -queen bed. Bathroom has big corner shower with lots of cupboard space. Bedroom has Queen bed and loads of storage . We have not used it much the last year as we are both really busy with new jobs. It is a beautiful trailer with all the comforts of home.
