Our trailer sleeps up to 5 people, and has the following amenities:
-Bunk beds, dinette sleeping area, and full size bed
-Refrigerator & freezer
-Two burner stove
-Microwave
-Double sink
-2 stove top burners
-Indoor & outdoor shower
-Toilet
-Plenty of storage inside
-Radio inside & outside
-Electrical jackWhat's includedWe will provide:
-2 rolls of RV safe toilet paper
-Kitchens utensils
-Set of 5 plastic plates, 5 bowls & 5 cups
- Fresh linens: This includes; fitted sheet, top sheet & pillow case(You will need to bring pillows and sleeping bags/blankets.
-Percolator
-Full tank of propane

At the end of your stay, please doing the following:
Return all items to their original places, wipe counter tops, empty garbage, and sweep floor. Used linens can be left bagged in bathtub for our pick up and laundering.ADD ONS:

We love our time in this trailer. Johnny and Angel were excellent hosts even replying back to a late night text question. We would absolutely rent from them again.

Perfect size for our family of 4. Trailer has amazing AC that kept us so comfortable in 90 + heat. Our kids loved the bunk beds and having this trailer made our camping trip so easy. Owners are wonderful, we paid for delivery and set up and I highly recommend. Owners provide a very detailed trailer overview manual and list everything that will be provided in the trailer so you can pack accordingly. Super flexible with drop off and pick up times. Such a great experience!

Johnny and Angel were friendly and very easy to work with. They delivered to our camp site and set everything up and walked us through everything. The trailer was clean and everything worked well. Would highly recommend them!

The hosts were very nice people, still a little on the learning curve for renting out their RV. But, they seem genuinely interested in getting better at serving their customers. We discovered issues with the plug, ran out of battery power and had to conserve water over the weekend, because the tank was not full--and when the battery died we had no lights or water pump or heat, since the heater uses a fan. When the battery died, we could not retract the awning, managed to borrow a generator and a cable from someone else and charge it, all problems were solved. The hosts included nice bedding and sheets, and the vehicle was very clean. I made a few other suggestions of small things they might want to include. One advantage of this trailer is that it has pretty good clearance, so dry camping is a possibility. Also, the trailer has a stove top but not an oven. It does have a microwave if it has a power source.
