2019 Keystone RV Hideout
Adventure awaits!! Enjoy the comforts of home in our like-new, clean trailer! The trailer has a wonderful layout with bunk beds in the back, convertible dinette and fold out sofa, kitchen in the middle, and a queen bedroom in the front for a total of 8 sleeping spaces. The dinette and sofa are on a slide-out which really opens up the space! The Huge closet pantry next to the fridge gives ample storage room for food, s'mores / etc. We care about sleeping comfortably; the queen bed has been replaced with a brand new memory foam mattress and we provide clean sheets and bedding for the queen bed for every rental. The bunks have additional memory foam under the factory mattresses. The bathroom has a skylight above the shower. Built in vacuum for convenience. Both the heat and AC work very well and has a digital thermostat. For all your cooking needs, we've stocked the trailer with silverware, plates/cups, pots & pans / cookware, cooking utensils, dish drying rack, dish towels, as well as some cooking spices and cleaning supplies. A Bluetooth stereo/CD/DVD player with indoor and outdoor speakers are built in for entertainment. A large power awning and outdoor rug and outdoor shower provide outside comforts and usability. An inverter and larger batteries have been added to make boondocking camping even more convenient! A new quiet inverter-generator is available for you to add on to your rental if you need it; look in the ‘add-on’ section.You can take comfort knowing that we will personally walk you through every feature of the trailer and make sure you feel confident in knowing how to operate everything before you leave. We are here to answer all of your questions before, during, and after the rental. We've put a lot of work into making our trailer ready for you. We expect you to treat our trailer well and let us know if there were any problems. Cleaning Fee- We always clean the trailer between uses. If you bring the trailer back really dirty and it takes us a long time to clean it, we’ll require an extra cleaning fee of $50.
Excessive Exterior Dirt- A fee of $50 will only be charged if the trailer is returned excessively dirty requiring a full exterior scrub.
Smoking Fee- Absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed. If it occurs, a fee of $500 will be charged to deodorize and to sanitize.
Pet Fee (max of 2)- Well behaved Dogs can join you on your adventure. Just let us know when requesting a booking. $10 per Dog.
Tank Dump- Tanks must be dumped prior to return. If not completed, a fee of $50 will be charged.

Best trip ever so far Nathan is so helpful and flexible!! He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed including telling us we needed to install a extra brake controller for the trailer on my truck. He was so helpful and made sure I knew how to use everything myself including the slide out and how to level everything. He even let me take videos to make sure my husband would know how to unhook and hook up the sway bars

There are no words to describe how amazing the RV was not only was it was extremely well equipped in case you forget something they got it ALL! And when I say you will really feel at home or better in my case this RV is for you. The owner is very friendly and good instructor on how to manage the RV hook ups and how to set up overall we had a very good experience with the outcome.

This was my first time renting and driving a camper, and I am so grateful to Lacey and Nate for making the experience seamless! Lacey was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process and Nate was a rockstar in showing my friend and I how to work, attach, and handle the camper. He spent over an hour showing us everything we could possibly need to know, and even went above and beyond to fix my car trailer hitch electrical when it wouldn't connect the break system from the camper to my truck.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
With some forewarning, we can usually accommodate pickup / drop off times from 7AM to 8PM, subject to trailer availability, such as if it wasn't being returned the same day someone else picks it up. In that case, we'll need to coordinate with the other party too. Just let us know what your needs are.
