(Avail This Spring..more pics soon) This beautiful camper will sleep 6 comfortably and is perfect for a small family or couple wanting to enjoy a glamping experience. There is a true queen sized bed with an open layout. The bunk area has 2 double sized platform beds providing sleeping for either 2 adults or 4 tiny humans or makes a great place for your family pet to chill. The bottom bunk also folds up to provide extra storage if needed. The dinette area is a bump out providing more living space to move around and converts into a full size bed as well. The bathroom is very accommodating for a camper this size with a nice shower. There is a 14' power awning to give shade and protect you from the rain and an outdoor fridge and slide out grill for cooking. Depending on towing vehicle I may allow renter to tow, otherwise delivery is available with a minimum of $135 and is based on distance from Milford, NH. If further than 60 miles from Milford I require a 3 night minimum. Camp site must have septic or on-site dump station. There is $25 fee for me to dump if site doesn't have septic.What's included• dinnerware, cups, mugs pots/pans, paper towels, TP, camp chairs, some games. Renter must provide their own bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows, sleeping bags)Other things to noteCAMPGROUNDS ONLY. Renter responsible for any damage to the camper during rental. $25 fee for dumping if no septic hookup. One 20lb propane tank included. Renter provides all bedding. Please clean and put away all dishes, clean up and sweep floors before leaving. $120 cleaning fee for noticeable smoke, mildew, pet/odor stains. No GLITTER!

We are renting our camper out so that others can also share great adventures and fun times with their families. And yes, our last name is Hooker, so ya got to have fun with it.

Communication with the owner took a few days to confirm when I initially booked it, I was about to cancel it and he finally responded stating he was away on business and he has difficulty getting messages from outdoorsy. Owner called the day of delivery which was supposed to be 11am and wanted to deliver at 2:30 instead because he wanted to go help his friends with a flat tire, I told him that our agreement was 11 and was praying the camper would hopefully be delivered which he did deliver it at 11. The camper was delivered and the bed looked like it was slept in and there were a few opened sodas in the frig as well as toothpaste debris on the bathroom faucet. Shane also informed me that the refrigerator handle had been damaged by a previous renter and he had to file a claim to have it fixed and he demonstrated how to lift up and pull the door open in order to access the inside of it, he should have never rented this camper to me with the refrigerator door in that condition as it was such a hassle to get it open the entire trip. There was no tv as stated in his add and the pan left to cook in was completely unusable. 2 days before our agreed upon time to pick up the camper at 11am he text me stating he had a business phone meeting and needed to come pick it up at 8am! I told him I didn't think that was fair as I'd have to get up at 6am to empty my belongings out as well as clean it and our agreement was 11am, I said 10am was the earliest and he said that was fine. When he arrived to pick it up he was clearly annoyed with me and pretty much wanted me to leave him and he reminded me he had a work phone conference that he needed to dial into. I went 2 sites down to where my friends camper was and we all watched him taking photos and then hooking up the camper, never seeing him on his "work phone" meeting. Overall communication was difficult with Shane and I was worried that the camper wouldn't be delivered up until the day it finally was, I would not rent from him again.
