Pick and drop off requires us to be present in person as we have to do inspection and go over the RV bells and whistles. So it helps to coordinate a time so we can plan around it.

We will not allow Basecamp off the premise if the controller is missing. Airstreams require a 7-way vehicle plug in order to operate the lights and brakes. Please ensure your car has this adapter.
