Welcome to Mountain Hiatus. The best option for that family vacation, long road trip, or weekend with friends and family. This 31 foot travel trailer can accommodate up 10 big and small persons, like all those cousins or friends for that tournament. You will have enough room to enjoy this mobile paradise inside and outside with board or card games on those rainy days or the included corn-hole boards and other outdoorsy activities. Trip to Disney, the Great Smoky Mountains, or the beach coming up then This is the ticket and far cheaper than a hotel or house. Or hit them all and never unpack. We strive to provide our guests with the necessary amenities to allow you to show up and enjoy your adventure without stress. We hope you enjoy our family’s Mountain Hiatus as much as we do.

Delivery available with limited range, please provide your destination for delivery prior to booking. Class 3 hitch and sway bars included. Must have 1/2 ton pickup and hitch rated for this size camper. It is renters responsibility to confirm vehicle capabilities.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
You can pickup and pull the camper provided you have the proper vehicle. If preferred, we can provide delivery, setup, takedown and return to your preferred campground or Rv park for additional fees. You just show up, learn about your caravan, and enjoy!
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
This can seem very daunting and create uncertainty if you are not a seasoned pro, but we have you covered. We will provide you with the instruction on how to set everything up when you pickup the camper and provide a helpful guide with photos to use when you get to your destination. Should you need extra guidance or have questions, we are a message or call away to help you.

Our adventure is coming to an end, what do we need to do to return the camper?
A.
Depending on if you are pulling the camper or had it delivered will require some different steps. All guests should ensure the camper is in the same condition as when you received it. Remove personal belongings, check outlets for chargers, in between mattresses for those toys. Wash the dishes, remove your food and perishables from pantry and fridge, remove your trash, cleanup any spills, ensure the septic has been dumped (before leaving campground), and sweep up the excess dirt on the floors.
