If there is excessive cleaning needed to be done a few will apply, this also applies to over filling the tanks. Wifi is offered and the router is not allowed out of the camper. Awning must be rolled in at night and anytime renters are not at the camper. (I recommend not to us the awning).

Rusty was a great host! Delivered and set up the camper while we were still traveling and was very patient explaining the camper to us both during our drive and then via messaging once we arrived. The camper was clean and in great condition. Rusty was friendly and responsive to questions. Will definitely rent from him again!
