Review summary
Responsive, flexible, accommodating host
James communicated well, was flexible with pickup/drop-off times, and guided renters through RV operation, even accommodating last-minute requests. He made the process easy.
Easy to drive and operate
The RV is reported as smooth to drive and easy to operate, providing warmth and a cozy fit for families. One renter noted non-working electrical outlets from tripped breakers, and another reported cleanliness issues upon pickup.

5.0James was so great to work with. He had the RV ready to go before our pickup time. He was very flexible and kind. The RV kept us warm during the 40 degree temps at night. I would recommend renting from him and will keep his info for a future rental as well.

5.0James has an excellent set up for anyone new or experienced with RV's. I have owned RV's & rented many over the years. He was great to work with & made the process & experience easy especially compared to other rentals in the past. I highly recommend.

3.0Our host was very cooperative and easy to work with. Everything in the RV worked well, except we could not get any of the electrical outlets to work, even after following the instructions for generator use. This was inconvenient, as we were in the mountains, away from electricity. We had to inflate all of our water playthings (paddleboards, paddle rafts, etc.) using hand pumps; and I couldn't use any of the plug-in accessories I'd planned to use (phone/watch chargers, curling iron, etc.). After we returned the RV, the host discovered that several circuit breakers were tripped off. I feel this should have been checked before we picked up the RV. If we had phone service up in the mountains I could have messaged our host and possibly been told to check the circuit breakers. But that wasn't possible. Still, our camping trip to Redfish Lake was super enjoyable because of the beauty of the area and the family companionship.

Frequently asked questions
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
The vehicle starts in tow/haul mode by default. Leave it in that mode to ease up pressure on the brakes. This RV drives like a U-haul, so it's fairly easy, but you'll feel the wind gusts. Keep both hands on the wheel. :)
