Great motorhome with plenty of room. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably plus 3 kids on the sofa bed and dinette bed or 2 adults and lots of kids. ;) Has back up camera along with Sirius-XM Satellite radio with bluetooth and Android Auto / Apple CarPlay. That makes for nice road trips. Tons of exterior storage. Bring a raft or inflatable SUP. Optional trailer hitch storage or bike rack available. Rules and policies
- Not pet friendly

- Mileage: 100 free miles / day
- 4 generator hours / day
Pickup time is 11am and drop off is 2pm unless other times agreed on in advance.
Always drive the speed limit and keep it under 70MPH.
No off-roading.
No climbing on roof.
No Smoking! If evidence of smoke, full deposit forfeited.
No pets allowed. If damage or mess from pet then additional cleaning fees in excess of $250.
Top off gasoline tank before returning. $50 plus cost of fuel to refill if not refilled prior to return.
Top off propane tank before returning. $75 plus cost of fuel to refill if Add-on not selected.
Dump black and grey tanks. $75 to dump tanks if Add-on not selected.
RV must be returned as clean as it was when picked up within reason. Excessively dirty will be charged $200 cleaning fee.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our road-trip with Wayne’s motorhome. The rv is well maintained and organized, equipped with almost everything we need. Wayne is really responsive and helpful. Thanks a lot!

We had a great trip! It is an older RV with a lot of miles but it functioned just fine. Nothing was broken --everything worked. My sister's family also rented an RV that was much newer (and more expensive) but this one was so much more organized and better equipped for camping life. We very much appreciated the insulated hot cups, camping chairs, folding table, etc. The fridge, micro & stove worked well. The dishes, silverware, linens provided were all great. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is that the water had a "sulfphur" odor. It was a little offensive but was better after we replenished with new water.

Sorry for that. I have no control of the water other renters put in the tank. That's why I at least tell my renters not to drink it. I'll have to start draining the tank completely before from now now. Thank you.

Used RV in good condition. Wayne went over everything we needed to know about the vehicle and all the systems. Worked for Father's Day Weekend up in the mountains.
