Camper already has bowls, plates, cups, pots and pans and utensils! Has 4 camping chairs, two of them are zero gravity. Memory foam queen mattress and the couch also folds down as a bed. Could sleep 3 adults, or two adults and 2 kids. Also room on the floor you could pump up an air mattress or just put sleeping bags on the floor. Has a generator and two Propane tanks. Has a great electric awning that produces great shade! Has an indoor shower and outdoor shower and also a stovetop and oven.Other things to noteNo animals allowed inside camper, unless they’re small and don’t shed. No smoking. No festivals. Renter responsible for filling water tanks. Emptying grey, black, and fresh water tanks is expected upon return. Renter is also expected to sweep and wipe down the inside of the trailer or leaving dirty dishes. Failure to do either so will result in a cleaning fee.
