It is the lightweight (1400 lbs with RTT) for easy towing by all kinds of Vans, SUV's, (see the list link to identify your vehicle)
The 109 Sport comes with a full rear Kitchen - Micro - Gas/Elec Fridge - Hot water heater - two burner stove top, cast iron cook set, usb charging, interior heater, A/C, and more...Rove 1 is equipped with a Roof Top Tent - Tuff Stuff Ranger 3 - sleeping two adults and a child. To sleep 6 you can include the annex (see Add ons)- providing sleeping space for 6 adults and a few kids.The 109 is equipped with a 6 inch lift and heavy duty tires and travels well in moderate snow, moderate back roads. Sorry it's not an overland trailer. Not recommended for unimproved roads - and please don't tow it behind your overland jeep or four wheel - treat her kind - drive easy on unimproved roads.The 109 as configured and with our Add ons can boon-dock for days and days. With our 2500 watt Inverter Generator and onboard 100 watt solar (and some gas :) you can set up in the solitude. Other things to noteThe 109 is not an Overland trailer - moderate improved roads are the limit. Be mindful gravel and rocky roads at speed can cause rocks and gravel can fly up and damage the trailer. Drive it like its your own - now you know why all those RV folks are going slow. : )The 109 Set up with the Tuff Stuff Ranger 3 (Roof top tent) and is a four season set up.
With Annex (add on) you can sleep up to 6 adults + some kids. The annex also provides changing space, storage space, and another area to retreat to in bad weather.Broom sweep, clean the dishes, wipe down kitchen - we do charge a $35.00 cleaning fee. If the unit comes back without basic cleaning a +50$ on top of the cleaning fee could be assessed.The 109 goes lots of places -- but it is an RV. Going over weight - load too much weight on top or in the trailer can equal a broken axel! Ouch really bad news. 2000 LBS is the limit. Alway keep in mind the weight, what you add, and rack capacities.The 109 is lightweight - you must check on your vehicles towing capacity - let us know if you've never towed. 1. No Smoking in or Directly around the RV, including in the Kitchen area. Smoking in the unit includes no vaping, weed, cloves etc.. All forms of smoking or vaping are prohibited. $250.00 cleaning fee will be imposed if the unit if we detect smoking in or around the RV.
2. Please No Climbing on the roof of the RV.
3. Lost keys - in the event that the keys are lost there will be a $50.00 charge upon returning the RV. (Per set lost).
4. Unverified drivers driving the RV or towing the RV can void your insurance.
5. Lost or stolen items, add ons, will be charged to the RV rental verified drivers security deposit at replacement cost regardless of age or use.

Q.I've never used an RV before. I'm pretty unsure about how everything works?
A.
No worries. We will take you through the whole rig and explain and demo every aspect and part for you on the hand off. We also provide some videos to help with Roof top tent set up and how to run the Generator etc... We will send these links to you prior to your trip. Finally, we include a detailed House Manual in the rig to go along with you for quick reference on all the RV appliances and parts.
Q.Do I need the Generator add on?
A.
If you are boondocking and or going off grid for more than a couple days we recommend getting the Generator Add on. Having no power in the middle of nowhere is not fun and the functions of the RV will not be available as they run on electric power. Also, the Microwave and A/C do not run without the generator - they draw too much power for the batteries.
Q.I've never used a roof top ten or an awning like this before. Are they easy to set up?
A.
Yes. We have a detailed video taking you step by step through the set up of the Roof top tents and the Annex. We will also walk you through it prior to departure. Same with the Awning set up. All the set up features are best done with two people but can be done alone as well.
WIND and awnings don't get along. Please stake the awning and don't leave it up if you are away from camp for a while. So far bad things happen with that recipe.
The tent is more wind resistant.
Q.What are some important things to be aware of as I prepare for our RV rental?
A.
We will contact you for details, sending video links and making sure you are prepared for the hook up of the trailer to your vehicle - 7 pin/blade hook up for lights and a 2 inch ball for towing.
We'll be in contact with you to make sure everything is good for you to drive out to your adventure with your RV rental.
