No smoking please, pets are welcome please do not allow on furniture. If a pet does damage items please just be up front with me, honesty is always best policy with me. Please do not flush any items you would not flush at home. No grease down the sink after cooking items. Please limit guests to 8 at max. Don't mind you having parties, but please be respectful of soft surfaces(ie beds,couch,etc. )
