This RV is equipped with all of your creature comforts, it is almost new, efficient, and modern.What's includedI am equipped with a full kitchen, a generator, air, conditioner, heater, Roku, stick, TV, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, oven, three burner stove, plenty of storage for canned goods, clothing and a full length mirror. The river winds along the northern edge of the park, alternating between tranquil waters and roaring rapids. There's over a dozen miles of hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding trails. Some other fun things to do at the park include geocaching and birding. The park also offers plenty of parking for large vehicles and several full-hookup RV camping spots. Also Corpus Christi and Padre Island offer the perfect beach time getaway, which is only a few hours from Austin Texas.Other things to noteI would prefer my RV to be pet free, no smoking of any kind, no open flames, please be an experienced RV driver. And if you are under 30 years old, I will not be able to rent to you.

Fees
- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $200.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. The propane tank & water tank must be full. The gray water and black water tanks must be emptied prior to return.
