It includes a washer/dryer, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, gas cooking stove and oven. Farmhouse sink and plenty of appliances that we have included: Keurig, coffee-pour over, aeropress coffee maker, air-fryer and outdoor propane griddle. There are 2 indoor tvs and 1 outdoor tv. There are two recliners, swivel captain seats with an additional mountable table.Pepecita also has shower with dome for those who are taller, porcelain toilet and sink. Comes equipped with towels, hand towels, wash-clothes and hair-dryer.With a grey and white interior, white and grey tile counter tops and tile backsplash in the kitchen, it truly does seem like a mini-farmhouse style condo, including sliding barn door separating the master bedroom.We have also stocked it up with plenty of linens for the beds, as well, cooking and kitchen utensils. Plates, bowls, and utensils are also included.
