Casa de Pepecita is a brand new 2021 Fleetwood Holiday Rambler with all the fixings! Equipped with king size bed with separate room, a full size bed-elevator in the front, an easy to fold down dinette (for one adult or two children). It includes a washer/dryer, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, gas cooking stove and oven. Farmhouse sink and plenty of appliances that we have included: Keurig, coffee-pour over, aeropress coffee maker, air-fryer and outdoor propane griddle. There are 2 indoor tvs and 1 outdoor tv. There are two recliners, swivel captain seats with an additional mountable table.Pepecita also has shower with dome for those who are taller, porcelain toilet and sink. Comes equipped with towels, hand towels, wash-clothes and hair-dryer.With a grey and white interior, white and grey tile counter tops and tile backsplash in the kitchen, it truly does seem like a mini-farmhouse style condo, including sliding barn door separating the master bedroom.We have also stocked it up with plenty of linens for the beds, as well, cooking and kitchen utensils. Plates, bowls, and utensils are also included. There are several cleaning supplies, cleaning rags and brushes.What's includedLinens, camping chairs, Coleman stove, flat-top griddle, plates, pots, cups, silverwareRecommendationsThis rig is awesome for many parks! Due to the size and length of the RV, back country can be very challenging given some of the roads in requiring 4 wheel drive. Please do not take down roads that are narrow, uneven and typically not navigable for a vehicle this size.Note - generator will not work after fuel tank drops below 1/4 tank. This is to ensure your ability to get back to a gas station before fuel runs out. Other things to noteNo smoking
