It was exactly what we needed. Had a great time. Thanks John and Nicole!

The property was stunning. The RV was comfortable and met all expectations. John was the best part of the trip: An American hero, combat Marine, and a generous, caring host. His wife, Nicole, left a bright and cheerful gift bag to enforce their commitment to our comfort and enjoyment.

My older parents, my kids, and I (6 people total) rented John’s RV along with our two large dogs. I will say that for that many people with the dogs it was a little cramped, but we had an amazing time. The RV was clean and John showed us everything we needed to know to run the trailer before he left. Prior to the trip John was very quick to respond to my many questions...and I had a lot. He also made sure we knew what he had in the trailer and what we needed to bring, such as bedding. We also stayed on John’s land that he owns north of Santa Fe. The dogs had a great time running in the open grass, the kids had fun running along the river and fishing, and we all enjoyed the breathtaking scenery. We were also able to have my brother with his wife and child and their trailer join us for this trip and stay on John’s land. Thanks for everything John! We will see you next time!!

Our trip was great, and John helped make it. He took great care of us, setting up the RV and making sure we had what we needed. It was great to spend a little time with him and his family, too.

The camper was awesome! My family really enjoyed our time camping in it. Only two setbacks: the jack broke while we were loading to leave town (John was excellent in getting it fixed right away!) and the generator is not big enough to run the a/c, so it did get pretty hot. Overall, an excellent rental and experience, would rent from him again!
