Comes with space to sleep up to 8 people:
Queen master bedroom separated by a curtain.
Two full size bunk beds. Top holds up to 250lbs and Bottom holds up to 300lbs.
Sofa bed in living room.
Dinette sleeper.
Interior
New, modern finish fully equipped with a sink, stove, microwave, fridge, A/C and heater. Living Room TV with Roku.
Exterior
Power slide out. Exterior speakers and sound system. Awesome for having a camp. Outside Kitchen (counter top, BBQ grill, sink, Refrigerator). Exterior shower, and power awning.
Comes with a central vacuum system so you can clean up any mess real quick.
And best of all:
Electric stabilizing jacks.
Back Up and Side Cameras for easy driving / parking.

Recommendations
If this is your first time renting, I’d suggest finding a nearby campground with full hook-ups, dry camping or boondocking is only suggested for seasoned campers.
When choosing insurance coverage, for your protection and mine, make sure you also opt for the interior damage protection. Damages to the interior of the trailer can add up quick, and for a small fee you’ll be very happy that you did in the instance of something breaking. This fee is paid directly to outdoorsy, not me. But it sure saves you and I some headaches.
Other things to note
No Smoking in the RV.
Trailer must be returned clean to avoid a $100 charge or take advantage of our cleaning for a small fee!
Trailer must be returned tanks empty (black and grey) to avoid a $50 charge or let us dump them for a small fee!
Please refill the propane tanks and generator tanks to avoid a $50 charge or let us do it for you for a small fee.

Sabastian was very friendly, available, and helpful. The RV functioned as advertised without any problems. We had a wonderful trip. I was unable to use the outdoorsy app for pickup or return but it turned out to be a non issue as everything went smoothly with the RV.
