This RV has a very large open room layout. It weighs only 4,000 lbs. and easy to tow with a 1/2 Ton pickup. Inside is a comfortable large love seat with a huge room to enjoy. It has all the gear. Microwave, A/C, TV, DVD Player, Radio, 3 sets of speakers for different areas to play. Fridge and Freezer, Shower, Toilet and more. The bed is a queen size murphy bed. We have modified the cabinets so it sleeps like a King Size mattress and has memory foam topper too. The dinette is large and comfortable, not small and cramped. It converts to a bed that is over 6 feet long. It's large and comfortable with a memory foam topper.The A/C and Heater work great with an easy thermostat Control. It has a large shade awning on the side that is automatic.What's includedFresh linen are included. Available upon request are dishes, pots and pans, cookware, utensils etc at no cost. For an additional fee we can deliver the trailer anywhere.RecommendationsEnjoy camping alone in the forest. Enjoy camping with others in an RV park. We use it for Boon Docking and stays at RV parks.
