This RV has a very large open room layout. It weighs only 4,000 lbs. and easy to tow with a 1/2 Ton pickup. Inside is a comfortable large love seat with a huge room to enjoy. It has all the gear. Microwave, A/C, TV, DVD Player, Radio, 3 sets of speakers for different areas to play. Fridge and Freezer, Shower, Toilet and more. The bed is a queen size murphy bed. We have modified the cabinets so it sleeps like a King Size mattress and has memory foam topper too. The dinette is large and comfortable, not small and cramped. It converts to a bed that is over 6 feet long. It's large and comfortable with a memory foam topper.The A/C and Heater work great with an easy thermostat Control. It has a large shade awning on the side that is automatic.What's includedFresh linen are included. Available upon request are dishes, pots and pans, cookware, utensils etc at no cost.
