While the overall status of the rv was good, the black tank wasn't fully emptied and the floors required cleaning upon pick up.

We had an amazing long family trip in this RV! Despite its age, it was in great shape and ran smoothly throughout our journey. The owner was an outstanding host—very responsive and accommodating. The RV was comfortable, even during long stretches, and handled both poor weather and rough roads reliably. There were a couple of small issues, but nothing that was inconvenient or took away from the experience. We would recommend this RV for anyone looking for a reliable, cozy ride.

When we got the rv the owner tells us that the shower door needs repaired. The entire trip the door was falling off made the shower unusable. Screens broken falling off the window The passenger mirror is ducked taped on and unable to move it. I could not not see out of the passenger side. The bed kept falling in. And over all Cleanliness was not acceptable, we had to clean the entire thing before we used it. The front end vibrates, the brakes are going out. Is a very old used RV should not be rented.

This is the first I have heard of anything like this! I worked with the renter and things seemed fine. I confronted them about a broken Switch to the generator and I could have withheld their deposit because of this unexplained damage. But I did NOT, and gave them their full deposit back. They seem to be forceful uncareful people as I had to spend many hours fixing broken things reinforcing them for other renters. The mirror still can be used and is scheduled for repairs as soon as possible. The shower door has already been replaced.
