Within a short boat ride to the famous "Eaton's Beach" and Gator Joe's Eatery, bar and grille! Rv is a new unit purchased off the dealership lot. Please note: Rv is permanent to site NOT mobile or drivable. When reservation is confirmed, you are renting Rv with site. The interior Colors feature the rustic and Lodge vibe. Greys, wood tones and neutrals. Comfortable and clean bedding, satellite TV, Enjoy off the grid living with no wifi. Get back to what is important. All dishes included, sitting area, place to dock your boat, possible kayaks included in near future, fish, swim and play. Picnic with a charcoal grill. Anchor inn also nearby for reasonably priced delicious food on the go featuring "Crab fries". Staying here puts you right in the center of it all - Central Florida. Within a short drive to everything Florida has to offer. Beaches (Daytona, Clearwater, Cocoa), the Springs (Juniper, Silver Springs, Silver Glen, Salt Springs), Attractions (Busch Gardens, Disney World, Universal Studios) and 10 miles from the "Villages" for shopping, Dining and nightly Entertainment. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. What's includedFresh linens, camping chairs, kayaks, hammock, sitting area, Paddle boat, possible boat rental, fire pit, beach towels, charcoal grill, cookware, utensils and servingware.RecommendationsRv is not mobile and cannot leave its designated site. That said, Location is prime and your own private peninsula (Why would you want to leave anyhow?) It's a large 34' Rv not intended for moving. However, take this time to watch old classic movies in provided Dvd player/Entertainment Center, Read a book (or two), Fish for your dinner right off the bank, Party/Hang out place at "Lemon point" accessible by boat (Boat rental available), Eat, drink and be merry at one of the local eateries (Gator Joe's, Eaton's Beach and the Anchor Inn) - you can get to all 3 of these by boat or car (Although alot more fun by boat!) Other things to notePLEASE No Smoking in the unit. Forfeiture of damage deposit if this rule is not adhered to. Plenty of outdoor spaces for smoking. No pets. No kids. (Couples retreat).
