My friends and I absolutely adored the majestic! It was perfect for our trip out west. Everything worked as expected and KC was an excellent and friendly host. We hope to plan another trip soon!

This RV was not ready for us when we picked it up! Was told it had propane, water and black water had been empty!
You pay a prep fee to have it ready to go and returned clean! The fridge wasn’t on and could not get cold because the propane tank was empty and we had to go fill! It was dusty on the inside and really dirty on the outside! The black water was not emptied so we had to empty it! We had to wash it and vacuum out the inside before we could even load anything! We lost a day of travel due to cleaning and waiting to see if the fridge was going to cool or we would have to haul coolers! The fridge started cooling by the following morning (7 am) when we were able to leave! They showed us a book on how to use other amenities (ceiling fan, convection oven) but they did not work because it was never plugged and ready on the outside to the generator which we figured out on the last day of camping!
It’s an older RV so you have to consider that!
We were committed with family to go so we made it work by just parking it at our campsite for sleeping only! Granddaughter found a wasp nest inside so they wouldn’t even come in the RV after that!
We definitely returned it better than we got it (clean inside and outside, fueled, gray and black water emptied and propane)
We contacted the owners immediately with all the issues to be noted and they apologized and are going to issue a refund which we feel is the right thing to do due for all the hassle with this RV and could not use any of the amenities they offered!

KC and Jessica are first class hosts. They were great communicators and very flexible with our schedule. The RV was in amazing condition when we picked it up - clean, full tank and ready for action. Everything you need is provided and there were so many nice personal touches - water, yummy snacks and a fully stocked kitchen. They provided a great amount of detail on how to work the different functions of the RV and were so responsive with any questions we had. The RV has everything you need from kitchen utensils to towels and very comfortable bedding and soft pillows. The RV worked very well and we were set for a fun adventure! I’d highly recommend these hosts and will definitely work with them again in the further.

We are very flexible with our pickup/drop off times. We just need to know in advance so we can ensure the best most efficient times for not only us but most importantly you.
