With custom décor this camper is not only new & clean, it's cute and homey. All you need is your clothes and sense of adventure as this rental includes Many extras. Perfect driving size for even a novice (rearview camera). Will comfortable fit 5 Adults ( will accommodate up to 6).
What's included
Two TV's both equipped with Antenna & DVD player, Fire stick available.
Kitchen is stocked with electric skillet & kettle, toaster, gas oven, microwave & 3 burner stove top, cookware, dishes, utensils etc.
Linens for sleeping areas ( please indicate which areas you would like)
By request:
Personal lines including bath & beach towels, wash clothes & hand towels
Camping chairs
Hammock
Portable propane grill

Other things to note
Please treat our RV with the respect you would your own. We welcome RESPONSIBLE use at festivals & tailgates. An additional deposit may be required for these types of events. RV is to be returned in the same condition as it was received with full gasoline tank, holding tanks dumped, and return checklist completed for a full security deposit refund. Renter has unlimited financial responsibility for negligent damages caused to the RV during rental. Personal contents and awning damage is not covered by insurance. Any damages to the Awning are strictly the renters' responsibility. Please stay off the roof, the ladder is there for servicing needs only.
Any of the following will result in forfeit of the entire security deposit. Smoking inside the RV, any "pet damage" including urine odor, any damages incurred during use at a festival or tailgate event.
Weekday pick up / drop off after 5pm. Weekend times open. Covered parking space for one personal vehicle available during rental.

For years my family and I spent our weekends and holidays traveling to state parks and hot springs near our home in Colorado. Ouray hot springs and Chatfield state park being some of our favorite spots to RV. Recently I decided it was time for a change and moved into BABs full time as I made my way here to central TX. Now that I've landed BABS is ready to get back out there for other families to enjoy!

Athena was super helpful. She has Babs well stocked so we didn't have to bring much else. Babs was easy to drive and the beds were comfortable!

We rented this camper for 2 weeks for travel between TX and MS. It was very comfortable and thoughtfully stocked by the owner. The queen sized bed in the back is positioned nicely in the slide out with a very comfortable Tempurpedic like mattress. The heat at night kept us nice and toasty. We used the kitchen quite a bit, and the fridge provided pretty ample space. Small hiccup with the boiler but my hubby was able to fix. The camper itself ran flawlessly and got about 12 mpg, which is fairly standard. The best part of this rental was the owner; she was fabulous with communication prior, during and even after we returned the camper. I did feel the insurance was spendy but I think this is set by Outdoorsy so not a lot you can do with that (turns out we did have some damage to the outside from road debris). An important piece of advice is make sure that anyone who will be driving an Outdoorsy rental be added to the contract (on the website) BEFORE you depart. Outdoorsy will NOT allow you to do this later.
