If you are looking for a great camper with plenty of space to sleep 9, then our camper is for you! We keep the trailer stocked with limited serving/cooking spoons, limited pots and pans, silverware, plates, bowls and cups. All of these are considered extras and are not part of the rental cost. We will not guarantee that all of these items will be in stock as sometimes people inadvertently walk off with supplies from our trailer. There will be a few pillows and blankets.. As you may want to bring your own depending on the weather, Will include Sway bars in rental price. You are responsible for dumping all tanks. Fail to do so you will be charged a $100 dumping fee. Renters must be 25 years or older!
Generator included in the price must replace gas that is used!!
Rental Between October 1ST AND MAY 1ST: Camper is winterized, therefore water system is unavailable. This inclusive of the sink, shower, and toilet. we put RV antifreeze in the water lines, drains and tanks to prevent any damage to the water lines and water pumps. NO Exceptions!!
Flexible with times to pick up and drop off just let me know the times and we can work something out. :)
Renter must have capacity to tow trailer (9,000 towing capacity minimum) and have trailer brake installed and operational on vehicle. vehicle will be fully inspected prior to leaving, If the vehicle dos not meet all requirements you will NOT be able to rent trailer, NO Refunds Will BE Made AT This Time!! You must know how to drive a trailer to rent. My trailer is not one for you to learn and practice with Must Have Experience!!We do a thorough check for damage prior to your departure. Once the camper is in your possession, any damage that occurs becomes your financial responsibility.

the trailer has everything you need, but be prepared for paying the price when it comes to deal with the owner and now I understand why there is no reviews on file, you end up frustrated and don't want know anything about this rental nightmare, what it was going to be a bit over $300 ended up costing over $800,
