Very Roomy travel trailer with a large slide-out, we have had up to 10 people in it at one time. Very light for its size at 6,300 lbs dry weight we recommend that your vehicle can tow at least 8,000 lbs, more if you are going to the mountains. This is the perfect trailer for a family vacation or a getaway with friends.What's includedSleeping:

-Bedroom with queen size bed
-The pull-out couch/bed sleeps two adults
-4 person table can sleep one adult or two kids

-Outdoor sink
-Outdoor mini fridge (must have electricity),

-Will provide a drill for the stabilizer jacks

5We absolutely loved our time renting this trailer with our two young boys (2 & 5) They were obsessed with the rock wall to get up the bed, and the many games and DVDs found in the different cabinets. A very minor leak was noticed at a window, but it only rained the day we arrived, so the rest of our trip was drip free. Christie was phenomenal in her communication in helping us with minor odds and ends while we were in Ouray. We would highly recommend renting this unit and from these individuals. Happy Trails! I am very flexible with the times of pick up and drop off, please just communicate with me. The only thing I ask is not before 9:30 AM or later then 8:00 PM, although will consider.
