Hello! We would like to welcome you to a little piece of our home (extended that is). Our family has enjoyed camping in tents for years but we have finally decided to get our first camper and it has changed everything. We no longer have to worry about finding all the poles for our tents, sleeping on the ground, rain, or just the hastle that goes with camping. With the camper you pull up, hook up the power/water, drop the stabilizers and you are camping. This camper is perfect for people who do not have a lot of experience with campers as it is very user friendly and easy to tow (we use our Toyota Tacoma). Colorado has some of the most amazing places to camp, fish, hike, and explore that we are hoping that by renting our camper you are able to enjoy these activities even more. We’re so excited to host your family and we only ask that you live in the moment ,enjoy the outdoor life, and treat our home as if it were yours. What's includedWe’ve equipped our camper to feel like a home away from home, with all the daily essentials and comfort. Our travel trailer is equipped with a shower, toilet, kitchen stove, sink, microwave, fireplace, kitchen table/seats, awing, AC and sleeps 5 with one Queen bed 2 Twin Beds and 1 Kitchenette that converts.Also included are the following:

It will be great for camping at state parks, national parks, lakes, or basically anywhere you can park a trailer!Other things to note*The trailer weighs approximately 3,000lbs dry weight and can be towed with most suv's. We ENCOURAGE you to haul the RV yourself for the full experience. A tow hitch can also be provided if needed.*If towing yourself- The brake controller and/or receiver to match your vehicle WILL NOT be provided. Please plan accordingly.*Boondocking, dry camping, and beach camping ARE ALLOWED! Please discuss with the owner BEFORE your trip if you plan on one of these options so we can prep your RV accordingly.*The heating source for the trailer is an electric fireplace. The Electric fireplace and AC run off the the shore power. You can not use these features by the batteries alone. Please consider this while making plans.*We are a pet friendly rental for an additional fee of $75. We ask that you clean up after your animal, and if any damage is done, a minimum of $300 will be taken from the security deposit. If evidence is found that an animal was brought along without paying the $75 pet fee, $200 will be taken from the security deposit.*All hookups for electric, water, and sewer are provided.*Drop off and pick up can be provided at the sole discretion of the owner at an additional fee. Please contact to inquire. This will only be provided within a 25 mile radius of Thornton, CO.*NO SMOKING - Evidence of smoking inside the trailer will result in a $500 forfeiture of your deposit.
*NO DRUGS of any sort - If evidence of drug use will result in a $500 forfeiture of your deposit.
*NO candles- If wax residue or fire damage is done it will be taken from your deposit to fix.*Do not have the awning out when it is windy or storming (Any wind over 10mph). Damage to the awning will result in a charge to be replaced ($750). Our recommendation is to close the awning at night and whenever you are away from the camper.*The sewer system of the RV does not allow for feminine products to be flushed. Only specific RV toilet paper may be used and will be provided to you.*All cleaning supplies are stored inside your RV. We ask that once your trip is complete you clean all dishes, put all used towels/linen on top of the queen bed & keep the RV in presentable condition. Please follow the required "End Of Trip Breakdown Checklist" to avoid any additional charges.* Any products or supplies on the trailer are for use, so please use them! Please just make sure the stationary items (cooking utensils, pots, sheets, brooms, etc) stay on the rig and don't go missing.*We recommend bringing additional linen/ sleeping bags if you think you’ll need to switch them out during your stay due to young children or a long trip length.*We recommend bringing paper plates, bowls, and/or cups if you’d rather not do dishes during your stay.
