Full equipped bunkhouse model travel trailer. King master, two full bunks, tri-fold couch bed and dinette bed. Kitchen is full stocked with dishes, cooking equipment, spices, etc. No extra fee for linens unless you need us to wash them...$25. Dual A/C’s, 35,000 btu furnace and a gas fireplace to keep you comfortable. Electric stabilizer jacks, slide out and tongue hitch. Hitch mounted generator set-up to run 30 amp available for $20 per day (will only run one ac at a time). Small dogs are okay for a small fee...$30, any damages caused by chewing, scratching, etc is on you as well. An equalizer hitch and anti sway and furrion camera system is provided with the rental. This rv is also half ton towable!!
***Early pick-up/late deliveries can be accommodate most of the time. There is however a $20 per hour charge. Pick up and drop off are the same time...12 pm.Other things to notePet Fee: Any damages done by pets are your responsibility to pay. We are pet owners ourselves and know at times all animals can be destructive. It is HIGHLY recommended that you have a kennel if you’re planning on leaving any animal inside unsupervised.
Cleaning Fee:
Fee will be waived if unit is returned in the same condition it was rented in. If either inside or outside cleaning needs to be done the full fee will apply.
Linen Cleaning Fee:
Charges will be waived if linens are returned cleaned. Must be washed and dried in a actual washer and high heat dryer!!
Dumping Fee:
Fee will be waived if both Grey and Black water tanks are returned empty.Cleaning: Renter is responsible for doing a 'Broom' clean. Camper cannot be left filthy. We will do a final cleaning after the unit is returned in good condition. If unit is left filthy a cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit. A light cleaning is included in your rental cost. We do this to ensure everything is detailed and disinfected.Cleaning Outside: If you travel at night, on dirt roads or down muddy roads we require you to clean any excessive dirt, mud or bugs off the sides and under body. Excessive mud can cause issues with the slide outs and their mechanics. We request that you do not travel on muddy roads or 4 wheel drive roads or trails. This unit is designed to be pulled on smooth roads and is not designed to be 'Off Roaded'. Off Roading the unit can cause significant damage. You WILL be responsible for all damages.Propane: Unit will come with two 30 lb tanks filled. Please top off the tank(s) and provide a receipt upon return. There will be a charge to refill any tanks you use that have not been refilled. (Cost listed in the fees section.). Generator rental will also include 2 full 20# propane bottles, these must be returned full as well. Generator propane will be charged at $35 per bottle.Towing: The hitch is 2 5/16".The electrical connection is a Round 7 pin. (Pretty standard) Due to the weight of the trailer, your vehicle is required to have a brake controller. The weight of the unit is 7,008 lbs. (Empty) Loaded with a manufactures maximum payload could make this trailer approximately 8,800 lbs. Please refer to your vehicle's manufacturer towing guide to calculate your vehicles limitations in regards to towing this trailer.
