This trailer is rented in select intervals to avoid overuse. The main bed is a queen the bunks are a full and the table to bed conversion is a twin.First. If we cannot verify your campsite booking at either Sequoia RV Ranch or Three Rivers Hideaway, we will cancel your reservation with no questions asked. TV with hookups, stereo, bluetooth, DVD player, shower, full bathroom, dinette, sink, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator plus outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and stovetop and more! All you need to bring is your food and drinks, plus any other travel necessities, toiletries, etc.. RecommendationsThis trailer stays exclusively in Three Rivers and is not available for towing to our renters. That leaves the trailer with low miles, and in great condition for you to enjoy! We take pride in where we park the trailer which means we have eliminated the guess work for you. Both campgrounds we park at, have river access, wifi, laundry, guest services and are centrally located in Three Rivers for those last minute runs to the market. Close proximity to restaurants and the highway, plus either campground we deliver to, puts you approximately 15 minutes drive from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. You will be less than an hour from Giant Forest , by car. You just have to book your spot, give us a shout and we will pull the trailer on over to you!We will deliver the trailer to your site. Note- We will only deliver to Sequoia RV https://www.sequoiarvranch.com/, or the Three Rivers Hideaway https://www.threerivershideaway.com/ in the town of Three Rivers. Due to permitting, we are unable to deliver anywhere in Sequoia National Park. NO BOONDOCKING, NO NARROW DRIVEWAYS, NO LOW TREES, NO DIRT, NO HILLS, STEEP DRIVEWAYS. Please, don't ask. Other things to note 100% no pets. No Smoking of any kind. No deep oil frying inside, please. No cooking foods with lingering smells and those that leave lasting odors. Foods with strong smells, fish, curry, peppers, oils, etc. are to be prepared on the outside burners, and not in the RV. If any of these policies are broken, your cleaning deposit will not be refunded. We may assess a charge for any odor or stain removals, which we really don't want to do anyway, so please be respectful. Please know that an RV is never as solid of a floor as a house is. Though we will work really hard to make the trailer as rigid and level as possible, the RV will still sway slightly as people move about the coach. The last rule is to have fun, enjoy your trip and let us know if there is anything you need, as we are also your hosts and here to ensure your trip is great.

Howdy and welcome to Three Rivers! We are local residents that love camping and being we live so close to the Sequoia National Park, we are happy to share the love of the outdoors! As residents of Three Rivers, we enjoy all things nature. Hiking, Mountain Biking, Fishing, Swimming just to name a few. What we think is great about our rental is we are already in Three Rivers which means when you are looking to travel to the Sequoia Park, our trailer will be there, set up, and ready to go for you! No need to tow, or find a big truck. Just a regular car works fine!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We deliver at check-in time at whichever campground you booked, and tow out at check out time. All you have to do is pull up, camp, and have fun!
Q.Why is your price per night higher than other trailers in the area?
A.
We get that question a lot. The key reason is that this trailer is already in Three Rivers, and there is no reason for you to spend that extra sum of money on fuel to pull a trailer when this one is right here ready for you! You can bring a regular passenger vehicle and be ready to camp!
Q.Can you deliver your trailer to campsites within Sequoia National Park?
A.
At this time, and due to permitting (concessions laws), we are unable to pull our trailer in to the park, to any site, anywhere, at any time. This includes Sequoia Natinal Forest and Big Meadow, Redwood Canyon, Hartland, Badger, Pinehurst, Grant Grove, Wilsonia and both Sequoia and, Kings Canyon National Parks.
Q.What makes your rental stand out from others in your area?
A.
Of the 300+ bnb's in Three Rivers, several claim "river adjacent" or "near the river" but are actually near private property. 90% of Kaweah river is private property. Those rentals that do have legitimate river access, and generally very expensive. Both the Hideaway and the Sequoia RV Ranch are on the river, and have private river access. Our trailer allows you to camp and private river access during your stay.
