It can sleep 3 people comfortably and has enough room for 2 full size ATV’s and or 3 dirt bikes. All trailer hookups, running water, 2 sinks, fridge and freezer, large pantry, storage above bed and storage underneath the bed, large A/C unit, propane hookups, gas stove and microwave. Full radio system inside and outside, Bluetooth connectivity. RecommendationsDeer Creek, Strawberry, Starvation Reservoir and White Sands are usually fun stops to hit! Other things to noteNo smoking inside the trailer please.

• Dogs allowed but must be in a crate with a sealed bottom.
• Light clean up and take bedding off.
• Take all belongings, don’t leave anything behind.
• Do not use jacks for leveling trailer, only use them to stabilize trailer after leveling (shovel, jack hand crank & leveling blocks provided).
• Rear gate must be level when loading and unloading.
• Absolutely no smoking in trailer.
