I do all transportation and complete setup and tear down of camper. There is a full size bed which has an upgraded (full memory foam) mattress in the front of the camper with storage and sliding doors for privacy. In the bunkhouse area there is an upper L shape bunk and a lower single bunk. Couch has a pull out bed if needed. Has fully vented air conditioning and heat throughout the entire camper.What's includedI will do all towing and set up/tear down 100mi radius. Linens and towels along with all cooking utensils, camp chairs x4, propane, exterior mat, paper products included. Will also include 6 bundles of wood to get you started! Other things to noteFull hookup site is required including water, sewer, and 30 or 50 amp electricity
