Hassle free and easy to deal with! Had a fabulous week touring Scotland in their 4 berth motorhome. It was very clean and well equipped. Fantastic shower and comfortable beds. The pick up and drop off arrangements were excellent- we really appreciated that we could have the van for 5 full days.
